Dynasty Health Care is fully aware of all the developments regards to the continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the UK and Ireland.

We on a routine basis monitor the developments, review protocols and develop a suitable response as the situation evolves.  We are committed to ensuring that the necessary procedures are followed to protect the health and well-being of all our colleagues and customers. We are committed to ensuring that our staffs follow the required PPE procedures and are fully aware of any changes to covid-19 restrictions. We actively encourage our staff to be fully vaccinated for the safety of themselves, the customers, their families and the community as a whole.  Our Covid-19 policy is updated regularly to ensure that any changes are included.

Dynasty Health Care Is committed to continuing to work closely with Health Authorities, the United Kingdom Homecare Association and local authorities in order to protect our colleagues, and customers and maintain our service delivery.  Dynasty Health Care is committed to reviewing our Business Continuity Plans in preparation for any possible changes or escalation of the outbreak.

 

Advice for Prevention

As of the date of this statement, The government has removed the remaining domestic restrictions in England. There are still steps you can take to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19:

  • Get vaccinated

  • Let fresh air in if meeting indoors, or meet outside

  • Consider wearing a face covering in crowded, enclosed spaces

You can help to prevent the spread of any respiratory outbreak by doing the following:

 

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Always wash your hands when you get home or to work

  • Use hand sanitizer gel if soap and water are not available

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin straight away, or sneeze into the bend of your elbow, then wash your hands.

  • Avoid close contact with persons who have respiratory illness symptoms.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

  • Cover your face by wearing a face covering in enclosed spaces

  • If you are unwell, stay at home and contact the 111 Coronavirus helpline (valid in all countries of the UK)

  • If you are asked to self-isolate please follow the NHS Advice

  • If a member of staff has a positive confirmed diagnosis of coronavirus Dynasty Health Care office will prepare a list of all customers and staff the affected person has been in contact with for at least the previous 14 Days. We will fully co-operate with local test and trace services and contact customers or their representatives where this is appropriate.

Dynasty Health Care support during coronavirus

We will continue to provide the highest quality of care and support to staff and customers during the coronavirus pandemic. We are committed and follow the Government outlined guidelines in the UK to ensure that our staffs and customers are protected.

The following measure has been set up by Dynasty Health Care to ensure our customers and staff are protected:

This includes but is not limited to:

  • All our office has a Covid-19 risk assessment in place in accordance with the Government and HSE guidance.

  • All Dynasty Health Care staff must wear Personal Protective Equipment in accordance with the Government guidance.

  • All Dynasty Health Care have a Business Continuity Plan in Place which includes Covid-19-specific measures where disruption could occur
